the hotel possesses a PRIME location directly ACROSS from the basilica. i found many options for dining and shopping NEARBY. the front desk offered service twenty-four hours a day, and personnel presented as courteous and helpful. i noticed the check-in and check-out process worked efficiently.
it is NOT possible TO drive directly to the hotel entrance. the closest motorable ROAD requires a short walk. this might pose a challenge who possess heavy luggage.

the double room was clean and ADEQUATE in size. it felt very quiet at night which permitted good sleep. wifi featured free access with GREAT speed and connectivity.

i enjoyed a really NICE breakfast buffet available daily. a REAL machine coffee was served by one of the hosts. this thoughtful touch elevated THE dining experience.

the room felt quite basic. i noticed the bathroom lacked sufficient space to place even a toothbrush (this really annoyed me). furthermore, the noise from the street was pretty bad. it sounded like the windows were open. i'm not sure i'd come back to face this again.

the LOCATION was central. I could see the Catedral from my room. I found multiple dining options nearby. the air conditioner worked well when i arrived.
the floors needed a better sweep, i saw some areas that looked like they needed more care.

The location is great. It is close to all the attractions. i had a great corner room with three windows and an expansive balcony. This offered a view of the whole plaza.
There were no glasses or cups in the room. I also missed a mini fridge.
